Nestled in the Lazio region’s Province of Latina, our olive groves stretch across the sun-soaked hillsides of the Formia area—an ideal microclimate for cultivating olives with truly distinctive character. These lands have been cared for by local families for generations, whose deep-rooted knowledge and respect for tradition shape every step of the growing process.

At the Pietra Erta Mill, our producers bring freshly harvested olives straight from the grove to be cold-pressed using advanced technology that preserves the natural aroma, flavor, and nutritional integrity of the fruit. This close connection between land, farmer, and mill is what defines the exceptional quality and authenticity of our oils.
