About Us
Pietra Erta is a family-run olive oil mill rooted in Formia, Italy, home to more than 4,000 olive trees cultivated across generations. What began two generations ago as a small family harvest has grown into a dedicated frantoio producing high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
As our groves expanded, so did our operation, evolving from humble beginnings into a larger-scale mill while preserving the traditional methods that define our oil. Today, we oversee every step of production, from grove to bottle, combining heritage, craftsmanship, and modern milling.
Pietra Erta is more than olive oil—it’s a family legacy, shaped by time, land, and care.
